What is Site Maintenance?
Site maintenance is when simple updates are made to existing images, text, or the site content. The addition of new content or pages is considered maintenance when it does not deviate from the site design or navigational structure.
Q - Why should I have Merged Media do my maintenance when I have a nephew or someone I know that can build a webpage?
A - Anyone can learn how to build a webpage or even a website. But if you want it to be professional looking and be functional, you probably do not want a friend or family member to build it for you. When you hire Merged Media, you hire 7 years of experience in creating and maintaining business websites.
Merged Media has several different plans that may work for you. If you sign up for one of our maintenance packages you can save on the hourly rate.
Hourly site maintenance (pay as you go)
$65.00/hour
Monthly Basic site maintenance package *
$165.00/month (that comes out to $55/hour)
Up to 3 hours of updates per month. Any time over the 3 hours would be billed at the current hourly rate.
Monthly Plus site maintenance package *
$250.00/month (that comes to $50/hour)
Up to 5 hours of updates per month.
Any time over the 5 hours would be billed at the current hourly rate.
Monthly Premium site maintenance package *
$315.00/month (that comes to $45/hour)
Up to 7 hours of updates per month.
Any time over the 7 hours would be billed at the current hourly rate.
All Web Site Maintenance plans include:
3 to 7 hours of service at a discounted rate
Full Backup copy of your website
Weekly, detailed invoicing for pay as you go clients
Monthly, detailed invoicing for maintenance package clients
